There was a phone number posted outside in case you couldn't get in with their keyless entry. And someone actually answered right away and assisted. Also, rooms are super clean with a nice balcony and lots of light. Beware, there are no sidewalks and not a big touristy area so if you're looking for that type of setting, this is not it. This is a place for someone who already knows the area or is willing to put up with things that are here in Thailand. There's a great Exchange with great rates about 15 minutes away walking. As far as food options? You most likely will need to do grab. But, even that was super easy. I would definitely have my friends and family come here if they were visiting me here.
